For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to helping people feel their best.

 

As a child, I dreamed of becoming a nurse. Life eventually led me into the corporate IT world, but my passion for health and wellness never left. Alongside my career, I spent years navigating my own health challenges—including asthma, migraines, chronic inflammation, gut issues, and eventually a diagnosis that finally helped explain struggles I'd carried for decades.

 

Like so many people, I spent years searching for answers. I tried the quick fixes, the restrictive approaches, and the endless cycle of thinking I just needed to try harder. Over time, I learned something much more important: true wellness isn't about punishment or perfection—it's about support, consistency, and compassion.

That realization changed everything.

 

Through nutrition, movement, restorative therapies, and a deeper understanding of how the body heals, I began to feel better in ways I hadn't thought possible. More importantly, I discovered how powerful it is when people are given a space to slow down, breathe, and care for themselves without judgment.

 

That's what inspired Recharge Health & Wellness Westlake.

 

My vision is simple: to create a welcoming place where wellness feels approachable, healing feels possible, and every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and cared for.

If  there's one thing I've learned through my own journey, it's that healing doesn't happen through perfection. It happens when we feel supported, understood, and empowered to care for ourselves one step at a time.
